Comfortable holiday apartment with a garage right by the Schönbrunn castle park

This generous apartment is right near the Schönbrunn castle park in the 13th district on the raised ground floor of a quietly situated residential complex with a garden and little traffic. The U-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away.

The apartment provides 82m² of living space and comprises two double bedrooms, a living and dining room, a separate kitchen, a shower room, a separate WC and a laundry room. Each room is accessed directly from the hallway. The two bedrooms are of the same size and each have two single beds and wardrobes for your clothing. One of the two rooms also has a flatscreen TV for entertainment before going to sleep. The living room provides a two-seater sofa and two armchairs for relaxing together after a day trip. A large flatscreen TV with cable channels (ca. 100 TV channels) and a DVD player is provided, along with an antique living room cupboard and a dining table with four high-backed chairs for enjoying meals together. The separate kitchen is tiled and fully-equipped, including a dishwasher, four-zone ceramic hob with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave etc. The bathroom is fitted with under-floor heating and a towel radiator, as well as a walk-in shower (with a folding seat) and a washbasin. The bathroom and WC are separate. The laundry room has a washing machine with a dryer function. The apartment has been renovated and completely newly furnished. The kitchen, bathroom and WC are tiled, while the other rooms have wooden flooring. Supplementary beds are available for a holiday for four adults and two children.

Many windows look out onto the green garden. A garage parking space within the complex can be rented in addition.

It is just 100 metres from the apartment to the entrance to the Schönbrunn castle park, the largest and most beautiful park in Vienna. It is five minutes by car to the Schönbrunner Tiergarten. Public transport connections include the U4 (an 8-minute walk), the tram lines 10, 58 and 60 (a five-minute walk) and the buses 56B, 58B, 156B, 260 (a 2-minute walk). There are many shops nearby (500 metres) and the varied local scene within 300 metres. The city centre is 8km away within about 20 minutes.
