Nice house at 4 km distance from Trequanda and immersed in the vineyards. It is part of an old estate where there are many Italian family summer homes. The house is on the ground floor with small private equipped garden in front of the kitchen. Simple furniture. The large property is well-kept and the position very picturesque among olive trees and vineyards. The large swimming pool with sun terrace and tennis court are in common with the other guests of the estate. You will enjoy fantastic sunsets from the terrace that will remain in your memory! For your excursions we suggest: Montepulciano and Pienza (25 km), Siena and Arezzo (45- 50 km) and Lake Trasimeno (35 km). Also the close spots like Sinalunga (4 km) and Torrita di Siena (10 km) are worth a visit. Access along dirt road.
