Holiday apartments in an inviting holiday residence with a view of Lake Como

The holiday apartments are in a two-storey residential house in Consiglio di Rumo, part of Gravedona ed Uniti. It is charming and fresh in summer, at the upper end of Lake Como in the hills. The area enjoys a mild climate, benefitting from the breva, a consistent breeze in the region.

The house built in 1996 with a garden comprises a total of ten apartments each with their own entrances. They have cosy and at the same time elegant furnishing, paying particular attention to comfort. They are equipped with heating, so are ideal for holiday stays throughout the year. They do not need air conditioning and have a payable Internet connection.

There is a garden with a lawn next to the house, and a courtyard in front with parking space, some of which are roofed.

The nearest supermarket and restaurant are 150 metres away. There are many restaurants nearby with typical regional cuisine and many sports activities are available (tennis, football, swimming, sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing). It is ideal for fishing and hiking enthusiasts. It is possible to go on trips by boat to e.g. Bellagio, Piona, Varena or Como. The house is 300 metres from the centre of Consiglio di Rumo and 800 metres from the lake and the centre of Gravedona.

This apartment measures around 80m² and is on the second floor. It has a living room with a sofa bed, an armchair and satellite TV, a kitchen unit with a fridge and a freezer, an electric oven, a gas stove and a dishwasher. The bathroom (without a window) has a washbasin, shower, bidet, WC and washing machine. Wooden stairs lead to the attic with two bedrooms with wooden flooring, one with a double bed (160 x 190cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 190cm, also possible as a double bed). Big cupboards and sliding doors divide the two rooms. You can enjoy a view to the side from the living room of the lake and the mountains.

The apartment features a balcony furnished with a small table and chairs.
