Spacious, fully enclosed holiday house with a private swimming pool, outdoor shower and sunny terrace with a traditional stone grill
This holiday house with a large swimming pool is situated in the hinterland of Split (a major tourist destination in Dalmatia), in a small village called Koprivno. It is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, surrounded by woods and unspoiled nature. The historical city of Split is reachable in only 15 minutes driving by highway to be on the one of many baches.
The house is spread over three floors and has a lovely terrace (30m2) overlooking the pool and countryside, ideal for the first morning coffee. On the ground floor you will find a living room/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor, which is air-conditioning, there also is a shower bathroom and a laundry machine. On the first floor are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a little kitchen. The kitchen takes you directly to the terrace with lounge furniture. On the second floor are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a satellite TV and double sofa bed. There is a mini fitness room for exercise.
The house is designed to accommodate up to ten persons.
You can enjoy a large private swimming pool (32m2) which is in front of the house. The house has a 1.300m2 fenced yard on which we plant fruit trees and various vegetables depending on the season. Garden is accessible to all guests and free. The property is fenced and therefore suitable for children and dogs. For children there is a park with a sandbox, a small slide a swing.

You can visiting the Vranjača cave, the Clissa fortress and antient Salonas ruins. You can visit the Krka national park which is easily accessible by the A1 highway. It is also near cities Trogir and Omiš.
