Quiet holiday flat with a large patio, centrally located near the beach

This property is quietly, yet centrally located and near the beaches in Cascais in southern Portugal. Discover the town and the surroundings.

The bright floor apartment accommodates up to four people comfortably. It boasts two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second one with two single beds. The spacious living room is furnished with a fireplace, a sofa, a bench and a glass dining table with four chairs. The large kitchen is fully furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. A bar table with chairs offers a dining spot. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available.

The large patio is furnished with an awning, a table and two chairs and a comfortable sofa.

Parking is available street side.

The yacht harbour in Cascais is a great place to go enjoy a meal at a restaurant or a drink at one of the bars. Visit the restaurants along Guincho Street, especially Furnas de Guincho and Monte Mar, which offer beautiful food at a reasonable price and gorgeous views of the ocean. Free bicycle rental is available in Cascais, letting you explore the coast on two wheels. The farmers market in July and August offers artisan work and traditional restaurants. The beaches and the historic town centre of Cascais and the train station with connections to Estoril (5 minutes) and Lisbon (30 minutes), as well as regular bus connections to Sentra, are not far from the property. Lisbon, one of the most beautiful cities in the world is a must see. The beaches offer the opportunity to windsurf, kitesurf and surf. Discover the exciting nightlife at the Vangogo or the 70's Club Rolls Royce in Cascais. There are also the Tamariz Night Club (summer) and Jezebels Night Club (winter). There are eight excellent golf courses near Cascais: Quinta da Marinha, Quinta da Beloura, Estoril (27 holes), Penha Longa (27 holes), Belas. Hike and take trips to the towns and sights in the Simtra-Cascais Natural Reserve. The distance to the airport is 30 minutes.

    “Utrustningen var bra, det vi saknade var en vanlig kaffekokare för det fanns bara kapselmaskin.
    Bra läge nära till strand, restauranger och affärer.
    Det var rent och snyggt när vi kom, det kom dock ganska mycket myror i köket tredje dagen men de fick vi gift mot så de försvann.
    Det vi hade svårt för är att man inte fick spola ner papper i toaletten och att man fick spola två gånger för allt ska försvinna, det är mindre roligt när man bor med ett annat par.
    Väldigt flexibla med incheck och utchecks tider.
    Svarar snabbt när man mailar.
    Prisvärd.

    “The apartment is very well appointed with clean furnishings. It was comfortable for us as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). We used a couple of appliances (washing machine, oven) and it all worked well and to our satisfaction.

    Fabulous area and the apartment is superbly located. The people are very friendly and helpful and happy to direct you along the way. The cobble stone paths are lined with beautiful churches, homes, boutiques, and restaurants. The walk down towards the bay is short and very refreshing.”

    “Schöne, geräumige Wohnung in optimaler Lage - 10 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum von Cascais und ans Meer, aber dennoch ruhig. Vermieter ist unkompliziert und flexibel. Die Wohnung ist für südeuropäische Verhältnisse gut sauber, einzig eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen etc in der Küche fehlt. Leider sind die Parkplätze in den Seitenstraßen alle kostenpflichtig (ca. 7, 50 Euro für das Tagesticket). Ich würde die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten!”
