Comfortable residential house for large groups, with a garden and a roof terrace, bordering a forest


The accommodation is in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Rocky near the town centre of Karpacz. The convenient location ensures a pleasant stay.

The holiday house is on several floors and can accommodate up to 14 people. It has fully-furnished bedrooms with two, three or four beds, along with a TV, a radio, a desk and seating. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate WC. Some rooms also have a fridge and a balcony or a terrace. The house has a kitchen, a dining and a sitting area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The dining room provides tables and chairs for all guests. There is also a sitting corner with wicker furniture.

There is garden furniture in the garden and you can also relax on the roof terrace. Cars can be parked right on the driveway to the house or on the street in front of the house. There is parking space for five cars in front of the building.

Opposite the house there is a children’s playground, as well as a sports ground for football and basketball. The forest with many mountain paths starts behind the house. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance.
