This multi-level vacation home overlooking the hills of Camaiore and Stazzema is located in a small hamlet and is accessible from the parking lot on the street by a few steps. Externally, the facade offers exposed stones in typical Tuscan tradition. Ideal for lovers of tracking and mountain biking, there are numerous trails in the area. The location allows you to reach many Tuscan tourist destinations in a few kilometers, such as Lucca (37 km), a city known for its intact 16th century walls. There are numerous medieval churches here, hence the name 'City of 100 Churches'. In the center, the narrow medieval street "Via Fillungo" offers the best stores in town. At the carnival town of Viareggio (15 km) you will find beaches, a beautiful promenade with restaurants, bars, cinemas, designer stores and equipped bathing facilities, or the western pine forest where you can jog or let your children play ( here are children's carousel and bicycles for rent). Camaiore (7 km) offers a characteristic historical center with artistic jewels (Collegiate Church, the Benedictine Abbey and the Museum of Sacred Art). At Camaiore you can also expect stores, bars, restaurants and numerous events in summer.
