Well-kept cottage located on a lovely natural plot surrounded by trees in a quiet nature area and close to a child-friendly beach. The house is furnished with two good rooms, loft, spacious bathroom with whirlpool and underfloor heating and open kitchen to living room with wood stove and exit to the terrace with several cozy nooks, where you can enjoy the morning and evening sun. There is sandbox.

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut - wir haben nichts vermisst. Es war alles angenehm sauber und sehr gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Da es jedoch relativ kühl für die Sommerzeit war, hätten wir die Heizung öfter anschalten sollen wegen der Feuchtigkeit im Haus. Entsprechend muss man die Stromkosten beachten. Die Lage war genau so wie erhofft: separat im Grünen und trotzdem im weiteren Umfeld weitere Häuser und nicht weit zum Strand.”
