This holiday flat is located on a quiet side street with no through traffic at the heart of Praia da Luz. The town is characterized by white washed buildings and beautiful flowers.
The 85 m² apartment accommodates up to four people on the second floor of the three storey multi family home. The bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, which can be combined to a double bed. The kitchen is fully furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a coffee maker. The living/dining area is furnished with a sofa, a satellite television and a dining table and four chairs. The satellite television displays German and international television channels. The bathroom offers a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The flat also offers wireless internet access.
One of the apartment's highlights is the large balcony, which is accessible from the living/dining room. The large patio is furnished with a table and four chairs and a sun shade and offers stunning views over the beach and the ocean. Parking is available at the house.
During 2019 (estimated between mid January and end October) a villa behind this apartment is being renovated and a pool will be built. It cannot be guaranteed when this project will be completed nor can it be estimated how much noise or inconvenience this may cause to the guests of this apartment. Work is carried out Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and occasionally on Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm.
Praia de la Luz is about six kilometres west of Lagos. Cafes, restaurants and shops are located about 100 meters from the house. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach (150 meters). The beautiful sandy beach is ideal for families with children.
