Older vacation home in the middle of the beautiful Lakolk vacation home area on Rømø, which is a great base for active vacations. From here it is not far to the best and widest swimming beach in all of Denmark. Explore the island and the many species of birds that live here, maybe you will be lucky and experience the dance of starlings, whose flocks darken the sun, the phenomenon is therefore called "Black Sun". A trip to Denmark's oldest town Ribe is a good idea. In Vester Vedsted you can visit the Wadden Sea Center and learn more about life in and around the Wadden Sea, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
