The 4 star apartment Nika has one bedroom with big bed that accommodates 2 people comfortably and a couch in a living room that can fit 2 more people, ssatellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with a washing machine, hairdryer and free toiletries.

Our charming apartment is located in Dubrovnik center, so all you need is within walking distance. In front of the apartment there is a supermarket, fresh fruit and vegetable market and coffee shop. Bus station and public parking are located in front of the appartment.The main bus station and Ferry port are at a distance of 2 km. Airport is 20 km far away.

    “Van harte aanbevolen.
    Het is een heel erg mooi appartement op de begane grond en het oogt zeker niet als een vakantie appartement. Het lijkt alsof de eigenaar gisteren is weggegaan om plaats te maken voor de gasten.
    Het is schoon en netjes.
    Gelegen op loopafstand van de oude stad.
    De eigenaresse is erg plezierig en denkt mee met de huurder.
    Alle nodige faciliteiten zijn aanwezig.

    Het is een 2 + 2 appartement:
    een heerlijk tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank in de kamer.
    Wij waren met twee volwassenen en een tienerdochter en het appartement was voor ons ruim voldoende. Voor 4 volwassenen wordt het een beetje krap maar het kan goed.
    Al met al hebben wij 10 geweldige dagen gehad.”
