DOUBLE apartment (175 m2) on the first and second floor (entrance via outside stairs) of a detached house with walled garden just 500 meters from the beach, Trogir 3500m with breathtaking panoramic views over the Trogir, Okrug Gornji and the sea from the sunny private roof terrace (60m2). It has a private parking space in the courtyard of the accommodation, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, post office, cafe bars …

Trogir is real a museum city on the Adriatic Sea, surrounded by beautiful nature. This Trogir owes that mainly to medieval buildings in the city center, which means that Trogir has a mention on the UNESCOS world heritage list.     “Atypický objekt s dvěma velkými apartmány a velkou společnou terasou, čistý a udržovaný. Poloha na kopci a s krásným výhledem.

    Minus - rozhodně větší vzdálenost k pláži, než uváděl prospekt na webu, skutečnost činí min. 700-800 m za použití všemožných zkratek. Klimatizace za příplatek 5 euro/den, v srpnu se bez ní v noci prakticky nedalo existovat.

    Plus - cca 200 m je pekárna, konzum, bankomat, restaurace. Na poměry ve středisku klidná lokalita. Velmi slušný a vstřícný majitel. Prostorná terasa se slunečníky a s grilem.”

    “Trevliga lägenheter och trevliga hyresvärdar.
    Nackdelar var att det ej fanns luftkonditionering på bottenvåningen i den större lägenheten där 2 personer skulle sova.”
