    “Die Wohnung war allgemein in gutem Zustand, aber relativ alt. Ziemlich sauber, aber schon lange nicht renoviert. Die Wände mal wieder streichen wäre eine gute Idee damit die Wohnung frischer wirkt. Dadurch, dass es da überall Pinien Bäume gibt, ist die Lage relativ dunkel; es kommt auch keine Sonne auf den Balkon, was ich als Nachteil empfinde. Man muss aber die Agenzia il Mediatore loben, weil die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kooperativ waren (waren z.B. zu wenige Gläser, Salatschüssel, etc. da. Haben die sofort alles neu besorgt).”
