Located in Tersanas, Akrotiri, Chania, Crete on an area of 8.500m2, the land plot is bordered with stone built wall, beautifully landscaped with lawns, rock gardens, trees and flowers. In walking distance, 500 m, is Tersanas golden sandy beach. The wall fence and the main gate, always closed, guaranties your privacy and safety. Circe overlooks the gulf of Chania, the city of Chania, and the Cape of Spatha.

Circe is an expensive, luxury and well constructed with high standards building. It is fully brand name equipped and can satisfy Guests with high requirements. The Villa has independent in-floor heating, central air-conditioning, security systems, alarm system, filtered triplex windows. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Facilities include a steam bath and a fitness centre.
Fitted with neoclassical elements and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing an abundance of light, this elegant, air-conditioned villa comes with a sauna and a shower cabin with hydro massage facilities. It consists of 4 bedrooms, a marble-lined living room with sofa and fireplace as well as a modern kitchen with stove and dining table.
A computer and a flat-screen, satellite TV is included.

There is a lot of space in every area, rooms, bathrooms, living areas, gym, terraces, and balconies.
Guests may relax at the sun loungers by the pool, whilst enjoying the sea view. Stone steps leading to a rocky beach along with a spacious terrace and a well-equipped fitness centre are available in the property. Daily maid service and massage treatments are provided upon charge.

Circe/Kirke Villa combines comfort with functionality and finesse. In the upper floor (200 m2) there is a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, living area and the gymnasium. In the ground floor (265 m2) there are kitchen, large living room, dining area, bathroom, Jacuzzi, sauna and two bedrooms with double beds. The two levels do not connect from inside, must walk –no stairs– to the upper floor.
The floors are made of marble, wood and Italian ceramic tiles. The interior staircases are granite and wood. The kitchen fittings are Italian with fitted electrical appliances and side by side refrigerators. The sofas are made of quality leather. Design furniture fits in perfectly. All rooms are unusually very high. The ceiling of the rooms has hidden lighting and beautiful Swarovski light fixtures. The living areas are beautiful, comfortable, airily and naturally lighted with spacious openings (glass wall) to enjoy each moment of the magical view.

Very peaceful area "away from all". No other home near (range of 700m). No crowded beaches near. In 2 km are small villages. Privacy is guaranteed. Private rocky beach.
Land lord or the owner must be informed of exact arrival to open the secure system main gate of the property. If you arrive at Chania Airport or Chania city or Souda port we will gladly pick you up and drive you to the villa.
The complex consists of two completely separate villas; Naiaira (bez color) hosts the owner when on vacation. Circe/Kirke (red color) hosts guests all year since 2014.
