Located on the outer row of dunes, this beautiful renovated cottage sits on a hilly dune bottom. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the dunes. Beautiful terraces sheltered from the wind. In the house there is an activity room with entertainment for all ages. Two heat pumps in the house ensure that the activity room and the house are heated unenvironmentally conscious. The plot is hilly and you look out over the Kattegat from here. From this vacation home it is not far to activities such as golf, horseback riding and tennis. Only 12 km away is Sæby, a tranquil old town. If you decide to spend your vacation in this vacation home, you should also visit the shifting sand dune Råbjerg Mile.

    Kleinere Mängel (tlw. blinde Fensterabschnitte und defekter Ledersessel) sollten kurzfristig behoben werden.
    P.S.:
    Das Objekt soll augenscheinlich durch den Eigentümer verkauft werden.”
