The property is in the traditional little village Douliana on the north coast of Crete. The village has been designated a national nature reserve with the title NATURA.
The old houses were renovated for holiday guests and there are several fully furnished and equipped residential units on site. Enjoy the peace and quiet with a view of the landscape and the sea from the terraces.
The extensive garden has well-tended trees and plants and offers a shared pool with several deckchairs and parasols.
A TV and computer are available at the reception. Parking spaces are provided. Wi-Fi access is available. A cot and highchair can be provided.
There are two local restaurants with traditional Greek cuisine and a little market with regional products. A large forest surrounds the village. A three-kilometre-long road leads to various beaches. The town Chania is 22 km to the east.

Douliana is a small traditional village, 22 km away. East of the city of Chania, in an area of great natural beauty.
In this village (of a total of 300 for Greece) was awarded the title of the national conservation area of beauty "NATURA", keeping agriculture as main activity. The old houses have been rebuilt for holidays and provide traditional life view with the seasons. (Olives and oranges in winter vegetables and fruits in summer, wine in autumn).
There are two taverns with traditional Cretan cuisine, and a mini market with local products.
All together are 5 and 3 studios scattered houses in the property, built to provide privacy and quiet, with terraces overlooking quiet countryside and the sea.
The village, the road leads to the beaches 3km, surrounded by forest (nearest KERA is 2.5 km away, and 3 km from the beach of Almirida or Kalives where Super Markets - Newspapers - Restaurant -bars- sports activity center). You can drive or walk a distance to the edge of the road, in a unique beauty of the forest of cypresses, olive trees and wild plants.
The air-conditioned holiday house is on two floors and can accommodate four people. The ground floor consists of an open living room and bedroom with a kitchen, providing two single beds and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen unit is equipped with a two-ring hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin and toilet. Stairs lead to the upper floor with a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together and a wardrobe.
The terrace by the pool area has a table with two chairs. The terrace on the upper floor with a wonderful view provides a table with two chairs and a parasol.
Parasols, sunbeds are free, Baby cot and Chair available.
