Beautiful Holiday House in Oudesluis with Private Parking

The quietly situated holiday house is in a holiday park next to the little village Oudesluis, not far from the North Sea beach.

The living space of around 90m² is spread across two floors with heating throughout. The ground floor comprises a living room with a suite and satellite TV (only German and English channels), a dining space, a fully-equipped built-in kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a twin room, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90cm wide). The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath, washbasin and WC. There is also a storage room on this floor with a washing machine and dryer for use free of charge. The upper floor consists of two further bedrooms, each with a double bed (180cm) and satellite TV (only German and English channels), and a further bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a baby bed. Please note that bed linen and towels must be brought by the guests.

The fully enclosed site is fenced towards the street and the neighbour. The site borders water on the two other sides with a 80cm high fence. There is a conservatory with glas doors adjoining the holiday house, fully roofed over and enclosed. It has seating, deckchairs, parasols and a charcoal grill. There are two private car parking spaces in front of the house. The site also has a tool shed that can be used to park bicycles or keep other items. During the summer months, the holiday complex offers free use of a swimming pool (10 x 25m) for all guests, about 50 metres from your accommodation.

Families with children should note that the complex does not provide pool supervision. A fishing permit is available in the house for fishing in designated waters. Any additional permits must be purchased locally. Please also note that there is no internet in the house.

The nearest bakery, butcher and supermarket are about 4km away. You can find Wi-Fi access is nearby restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shopping centres. Near the property there are many hiking and cycling paths that lead past the colourful flower fields, depending on the season. It is about 9km to the North Sea with various water sports. The Amstelmeer is about 8kmaway and is especially suitable for surfers and small children. In Den Helder 10km away you can take ferry crossings to Texel, go on a boat trip to the seal sand banks, or visit the marine museum. Den Oever is about 20km away, where it is recommended to go on a walking tour of the harbour and then to visit the fish market. Cheese lovers will enjoy the cheese market at the nearby Alkmaar.

    “Schönes Haus , was von Frühling bis Herbst ideal für einen Aufenthalt ist ( leider schlechte Isolierung) . Mit Hund top!!! Positiv: Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet . Sehr ruhige, gepflegte Umgebung . Strände waren großartig . Mit dem Auto 20 Minute entfernt. Wir haben uns gut erholt. Negativ: Von den größeren Städten zu weit entfernt.”

    “Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, und wir kommen gerne wieder . Positiv: Das Haus war sehr gemütlich, auch wenn es zum Teil recht alt eingerichtet war . Der Garten ist super , und auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön . Negativ: Ich hätte mich über Rollos im unteren Schlafzimmer gefreut . Man muss leider immer mit dem Auto fahren , zum Glück ist das Parken am Strand kostenfrei und in 10 min zu erreichen .”

    “Positiv: Es war ein schöner Urlaub an der holländischen Nordseeküste.
    Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet.In den Betten kann man super schlafen.Unsere zwei Jack Russel hatten genug Auslauf im Garten und haben sich heimisch gefühlt.
    Das Grundstück ist groß und es hat ein ruhiges Umfeld.
    Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden……Wir kommen gerne wieder….
