In the south of the Drôme Provençale, in the middle of the countryside, this semi-detached holiday house, with a beautiful flowered garden, awaits you in a functional and warm interior in the colors of Provence. The town of Montélimar (6km) offers you its castle of Romane architecture, its museums and its famous and delicious nougat. The very pretty old center is entirely dedicated to pedestrians, with its paved alleys, and it will plunge you into a soft Provençal atmosphere. Golfers will be pleased to practice on the nearby Valdaine course. Lovers of nature will not miss the massif of Baronnies and its natural park, a real colourful paradise sheltering an exceptional fauna and flora. You will also find the pretty village of Nyons, capital of the olive, famous for its Provençal markets where you can buy the local products to cook delicious traditional dishes accompanied by excellent wines. Make sure to visit the splendid gorges of the Ardeche and its caves of Chauvet or the Madeleine. It is a pleasant holiday rental to relax in the sun of the Drôme. The railway passes 230m behind the house.

    “Rustige ligging, wel moeilijk te vinden. Weinig privacy, huisbaas loopt gewoon door de tuin.”

    “Ligging: platteland tussen Espeluche en Montelimar. Door de achtertuin rijdt overdag de TGV om de 4 min. Alleen s nachts tussen 23-6 u niet. Binnen geen bezwaar, buiten wel en daar wil je t meeste zitten
    Huisje: schoon, geen wc beneden. Slaapkamers en wc via steil trappetje te bereiken. Daarom onze koffers beneden gelaten.
    Bed: 1.40x 1.90. Voor mijn man te kort en te smal
    Badkamer met douche: goed. Handdoeken oud en 1 stel per week.
    WC: schoon, maar niet fris ruikend. Bordje: mannen zittend plassen.
    Keuken: schoon en voldoende geoutilleerd.
    Tuin: pand ernaast wordt verhuurd. Daar In de tuin een ratjetoe van stoelen waar je tegen aan kijkt
    Gastvrije ontvangst: negatief. Mevrouw wees ons bij binnenkomst waar de stofzuiger stond, niet met schoenen de trap op etc. Had moestuin met fruit, bloemen, kippen. Was leuk geweest op tafel: bloemetje uit tuin, 2 eitjes en wat peertjes, maar niets van dat alles. Deze mevrouw heeft op gebied v j gasten t naar de zin maken nog veel te leren!!! Het gaat enkel om t geld wat ze blijkbaar nodig heeft, maar op deze manier trek je geen gasten. Wij zullen er zeker geen reclame voor maken.”

The stairs are made of wood, they are fragile that's why the owner asked you to take off your shoes.
