Holiday apartment in the attic of a bungalow with three residential units
The 80m² holiday apartment provides ample space for a beautiful holiday on Borkum. The light holiday apartment is on the first floor and attic of a bungalow. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people. The big bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), as well as a cot for a toddler. The little bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200cm) and a flatscreen TV. The apartment has a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a beautiful dining space and direct access to the roof terrace. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, bath and shower. The guest WC also has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine etc.
The roof terrace provides garden furniture, deckchairs and a grill.
The apartment enjoys a quiet but central location by the Old Lighthouse. It is about 800 metres to the beach and about 500 metres into town with shops, restaurants and a train station.
