This detached holiday home is in a unique location within the bungalow complex. It is only 400 meters from Renesse sandy beach, just behind the dunes of the North Sea.

The house with a patio sits on a 240 m² garden property, surrounded by a hedge. The 70 m² property offers room for up to four people. The villa is fully furnished and offers all amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. The living room is furnished with a sectional, satellite television and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, a ceran stove, a Senseo coffee maker, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. There are a total of three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, the other two bedrooms are furnished with a single bed and offer shelf space. The beds measure 90 x 200 cm each and were replaces in 2013. The bathroom boasts a shower, a sink with a mirror and under sink cabinet and shelf space. Additionally, there is a toilet. During the low season, when it gets chilly at night, you can make use of the electric heater to stay warm

The patio is furnished with a table and chairs and sun loungers with cushions. The garden is fully enclosed, making it safe for the kids to play freely. A dog is permitted at a fee. There are two parking spaces next to the house. Internet access and a child's cot are available.

This property is ideal for enjoying the sun, the water and peace and quiet. It is close to the towns of Goes, Veere and Zierikzee. It is 400 meters to a restaurant and 600 meters to a shop. It is 200 meters to Grevelingenmeer, where you can fish, sail and scuba dive, surf and water ski.
