Nice Apartment in Donja Luka with Private Balcony and Wonderful View

This modern holiday apartment boasts a very good location and a wonderful view of the sea. It is 500 metres from the central bus station, 700 metres from the St. Peter lighthouse and just a three-minute walk from the beach and eight minutes from the centre. These are ideal conditions for an enjoyable holiday. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a five-storey residential building without a lift. The 36m² apartment was renovated in 2014 and is suitable for two people. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room provides a flatscreen TV and two sofas. The bedroom next door has a double bed (160 x 200cm), a wardrobe and an ironing board. The open kitchen includes a dining space and is equipped with an oven, stove and fridge with freezer compartment. The adjoining bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a WC and a washbasin with a mirror. The living room is fitted with air conditioning for cooling and heating. The apartment also has a free wireless Internet connection.

This apartment has a private balcony with seating. You can relax here after a day on the beach, enjoy the view of the sea and admire the evening sunsets. There are parking spaces on a public car park and a private car park, which you can use upon agreement with the owner of that parking. Both parking areas are on the opposite side of the street.

There are shops, supermarkets (50 metres) and fish markets (an eight-minute walk) near the apartment. The Makarska harbour and the Franciscan monastery are 800 metres away. The nearest airport is Split 63km away.
