The apartment is located in a private villa with tropical garden. A couple of caretakers live permanently in the villa, at your greater tranquility and at your disposal for any advice or need. Villa Preciosa is located in the residential complex of Dominicus Americanus, which is a beautiful residential area named after the Playa Dominicus, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean Sea. The always calm sea, the shallow waters, the white sand, the transparent water and the always warm temperature make this stretch of coast the sunniest in the whole Dominican Republic, thanks to the particular microclimate of this area.
