Comfortable holiday apartment with a sea view and a pool, not far from the sandy beach
This 40m² holiday apartment is on a holiday complex in Capitolo, about 100 metres from the sea.
You can cool off in the shared pool on warm days or relax in the communal garden and enjoy a glass of wine. You can sit together and have breakfast on the veranda. A parking space is available. During the summer months, children’s entertainment and other attractions ensure that children don’t get bored and that parents can enjoy some activities alone. There are also many recreational activities for children. Guests can use the grill areas for preparing meals. The reception is available to provide information and advice about trips and to answer any queries. Small dogs are allowed. Free wireless Internet access is available.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC and washbasin. In the cool winter months heating ensures pleasant warmth throughout the apartment and air conditioning cools it down during the summer, after a long day full of new impressions.
There is a little supermarket on the holiday complex about 100 metres from the holiday apartment. If you do not feel like cooking you can be served at the nearby restaurants. The apartment is in a convenient location for going on trips or extended hikes. You can get to major tourist destinations such as Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, the Safari Zoo, Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino and Locorotondo easily by car. It is about 100 metres to the closest sandy beach with clear sea water, with sections with and without beach services. It is about 900 metres to the typical long sandy beaches.
