This four bedroom holiday home is wonderfully located on the Emerald Coast, close to Brieuc, Dinard, Saint-Malo and Dinan. It includes a beautiful relaxation area complete swimming pool and Jacuzzi - it may come as no surprise, therefore, that the property is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The pool and Jacuzzi are shared with tenants of the owner’s apartment. The living quarters are situated on the first floor, above a bakery where you can purchase bread and other baked goods for breakfast. The holiday home enjoys a cosy ambience and each room has been decorated in a nautical theme. One of the four bedrooms includes a lounge area. One of Brittany's long, sandy beaches is located just a few hundred metres away. The seaside resort of Sable d'Or les Pins - which is known for its long beach and sand dunes, is approximately 5km away and the stunning vistas at Cap Frehel are roughly 6km away. If you'd like to visit some of the region's old ruins, be sure sure to visit the cities of Saint Malo and Dinan and admire the beautiful fortresses. The world-famous monastery in Mont-Saint-Michel (80 km) has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is definitely worth a visit.

    “Plek is mooi . omgeving ook . Maar het schoonmaken mag beter . We hebben er 2 weken gezeten . De jacuzzi was smerig . We hebben de laatste paar dagen geen warm water in het huisje gehad . En het zou prive zwembad zijn maar er zijn meer gasten die gebruikt maken van het zwembad Er blijkt dat er nog een appartement er onder zit wat niet volgens afspraak was En wat ook niet volgens vakantieboek is . Ik zal deze woning niet weer boeken omdat niet volgens afspraak gelopen is”

    “Mooie villa boven de bakkerszaak ruime woonkamer en mooie grote slaapkamers mooie badkamer en heerlijk zwembad met jacuzzi allemaal net nieuw eigenaar woont op het perceel maar daar heb je totaal geen last van mooie tuin met ligbedden en grote tafel met stoelen om buiten te eten.”
