    “Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend; man blickt hinab in das Stadtviertel und hat eine tolle Sicht auf das Meer und die Insel La Gomera. Auf der ca. 20 qm große Terrasse, die zur Wohnung gehört, kann man sehr schön entspannen, da kein Verkehrslärm zu hören ist.

    Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit integrierter Küchenzeile, einem Schlaf- und einem Badezimmer. Wünschenswert wäre eine Dunstabzugshaube über dem Herd; das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster und die Lüftung reicht nicht aus, den muffigen Geruch zu beseitigen. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Der zum Objekt gehörende Swimmingpool wurde permanent gepflegt und gesäubert.”
