The standig individually holiday home, built in 2003 is modern furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. The pool is very modern, french type, filled with salt water. Size 9 x 4.23 meters, lit at night. The area is covered with beige quartzite and large Mediterranean stones. Next to the pool is a solar garden shower. The pool area and the ones lying there are visible because of the high plants and the shade from the house no direction. But you can enjoy the sun all day long. From the pool you can enjoy the individual panoramic view of Lake Balaton as well.

Balatonalmádi. The holiday home is located on a 980 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house.
