These holiday apartments offer a great stay on Terceira island, here you will feel at home while enjoying unforgettable holidays.

Located by the seashore of the beautiful Parish of Porto Martins, the apartment house is surrounded by exotic gardens and offers beautiful views across the blue ocean, which is literally only a few steps away. From the house you have direct access to the ocean where you can go for a relaxing swim far away from the crowds. There are other bathing sites nearby such as the famous Porto Martins natural pool.

There are two fully equipped apartments with an area of 100 square meters each.

The owners are always available to help guests. They can also assist with bookings of tourism services and information about places to visit and activities. Snorkeling gear rental and bike rental are available upon request.

Around the apartments is an exotic garden devotedly embellished by the owners where you can find some of the most typical flowers of the Azorean landscape. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue. And also free parking is available right in front of the house.

The apartments are just a short 15 minutes drive away from the airport. Public transport facilities are a two minute walk away. Restaurants, cafes and bars can also be found within a three minute walk.

Two bedroom holiday apartment with a private sea view balcony

This two bedroom ocean front apartment is on the first floor of the two-storey building. It is well equipped and features wide open spaces and a fresh ambience. The apartment consists of an airy open plan living-/dining area with integrated, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each. The living area offers comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV with more than 100 cable channels and a dining table with chairs. Next to it the kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath tub with a shower device, a wash basin, toilet and a hair dryer. The apartment has its own washing machine and free Wifi access.



From your private balcony with garden furniture you can enjoy the stunning sea views.



Porto Martins is a calm and safe bathing area, one of the best places to enjoy vacations in Terceira island. This parish is also a wine region with lots of vineyards and it is the only place in the Azores where olives grow. Porto Martins is also famous for it's natural pools that are just a 3 minutes walk away from our apartments. There you can also find a nice restaurant and a bar nearby. There is also a boardwalk, a little fishing harbor and a surf zone. Porto Martins has the particularity of being close to both cities of the island, about 6 Km from Praia da Vitória and 18 Km from Angra do Heroísmo. There is also a golf course and other attractions within a 15 minutes drive. This place offers the perfect combination for those who seek for a relaxing vacation by the oceanside and proximity to the main attractions of the island.
