These renovated holiday apartments are in a private house with a total of three holiday units. The landlord also lives in the building. The house is nestled in the beautiful bay of Saldun on the sunny Croation island of Ciovo. The island is connected with Trogir by a bridge, the historic habour town is only about 1200 away (walking distance approx. 15-20 minutes). The apartments enjoy a perfect location for a beach holiday - it roughly only takes five minutes to walk to the beach with crystal clear waters(approx. 200 m away).
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and free of charge WLAN internet access. A washing machine for communal use is located on the floor where the landlord has his apartment. Use of the washing machine is also free of charge.
Each of the two holiday apartments has a furnished balcony offering stunning sea views. The communal outside area offers a barbecue and garden furniture for you to spend relaxing holiday dinners outdoors. There are parking spaces available right in front of the house.
The landlord is always available to help with any questions you might have.
The sandy beach is beautiful with clear waters. Grocery stores and restaurants can also be found within the same distance (200 metres). The next supermarket is about 1500 metres away (walking 20 to 30 minutes). During the summer months, buses and ferries run frequently from here to Trogir. In the immediate vicinity (300 m) there is the Rozac camping site, offering various facilities including a restaurant and a fully enclosed play area for children. Guests can fent bikes, scooters, boats and other water sports equipment.

Die Apartments Mlakić sind Teil eines Familienhauses in Trogir auf der Insel Čiovo. Wir sind 1500 m (15-20 Minuten zu Fuß) vom Zentrum von Trogir entfernt. Das nächste Geschäft und der Strand mit kristallklarer Adria sind ca. 200 m entfernt (weniger als 5 Gehminuten).
„Apartmani Mlakić“ besteht aus 2 Mietwohnungen mit Parkplatz neben dem Haus und einem Außenbereich für Gäste mit separatem Grill mit Tisch und Stühlen im Schatten eines Feigenbaums.
Die Apartments sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten den Gästen einen komfortablen und unbeschwerten Urlaub.
Die Wohnung A (4+1) ca. 60 m2 + Balkon ca. 30 m2 liegt im Erdgeschoss und bietet je nach Bedarf Unterkunft für 4-5 Personen. Besteht aus:
Küche (Herd, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler).
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit getrennten Betten und großem Kleiderschrank, das zweite größere Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa, das zu einem bequemen Bett für 1 Person zusammengeklappt werden kann. Von diesem Schlafzimmer aus betreten Sie eine private Loggia, die auch einen freien Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung von Čiovo bietet.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein Waschbecken, einen Wasserkocher und eine Duschkabine.
Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. An allen Fenstern sind Moskitonetze angebracht.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Haartrockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.

Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche und ein Bad. Das Schlafzimmer bietet Ihnen ein 180 cm breites Doppelbett, ein Schlafsofa für eine Person sowie eine Klimaanlage mit Warm-Kalt-Funktion. Die geräumige Wohnküche besitzt einen Essplatz sowie einen Sitzbereich mit Sofa und Fernseher. Die Küchenzeile ist mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche, Föhn, Waschbecken und Toilette.
Der 10 m² große, eigene Balkon bietet Ihnen einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer.
