Rustic holiday house in a quiet and idyllic location
This detached single-family house is on a little estate outside of the town Weiden. The surroundings are characterised by abundant greenery and therefore provide ideal conditions for dogs and their owners.
The 120m² holiday house has an interior of a high standard and is spread over two floors. The house is furnished in a rustic and minimalist style. The ground floor has a large dining space with an open kitchen. The dining space is furnished with a rustic wooden table with four chairs and a bench for dining together. The kitchen includes an oven, a stove, a coffee machine, a fridge, a toaster and a kettle. Stairs lead to the first floor and directly into a living room with a sofa, armchair, TV, a high-quality fireplace and a stereo system. The living room provides access to the bedroom with a double bed (200cm wide) and the modern bathroom with a spacious shower, a washbasin and a WC. There is heating in all rooms. You can use the washing machine and dryer free of charge.
The 3000m² site includes an enormous fenced garden (fence height 1.50m), ideal for dogs and their owners. While your four-legged friend is running around, you can relax totally on the terrace with a fabulous view of the surrounding meadows and recover from everyday life. The adjoining garage has a car parking space free of charge, along with a second outdoor parking space. A maximum of 10 pets are allowed.
Dog training with the renowned dog trainer Popp Peter is possible, to be agreed with the owner.
It is just a few minutes‘ drive to the town Weiden (42,000 inhabitants) with a pedestrian zone with shops, a shopping centre and a cinema. There are many hikes and walks in the surroundings, across extensive meadows and through forests. It is 1.5 hours by car to the large cities Munich and Leipzig, as well as the Czech capital Prague that will delight you with its European flair.
