This romantic holiday house near Opatija invites you to spend a relaxing holiday. In front of the house is a terrace with beautiful sea views where you can enjoy your morning coffee. You can prepare your favorite specialties on the covered terrace where the barbecue is located. The courtyard is well-kept and planted with Mediterranean vegetation, and the generous olive grove invites you to relax. Although the house is on the property of the owner, you have your own driveway and about 1000m2 for your exclusive use, so that your comfort will not be disturbed. The minimum height is approx. 1.80 m. By car you can quickly reach the first beaches. In the nearby Opatija you will find various entertainment options and a 12 km long idyllic promenade along the sea. Sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to enjoy sailing, water skiing, diving and play tennis. The location is ideal for trips to the surrounding islands, the Nature Park Ucka or the Istra peninsula.
