The accommodation is located in Nordrhein-Westfalen. The varied mountain landscape with extensive forests and the natural river landscape of the Sieg offer a range of recreational and leisure possibilities. The basement apartment is in a green oasis. It is a comfortable home in nature, which is difficult to find, whether you would like to relax in the sun or go walking and cycling actively.
The approx. 55m² holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance behind the house. Once there, you will find yourself in the large, comfortable living / dining room with seating, free Internet (ISDN, WLAN), LED / TV / SAT and a dining table (real wood furniture) for four people. There are sliding curtains and roller shutters to darken and protect from the sun. The spacious living room (about 30m ²) also offers enough space to play or another place to sleep for two people (pull-out couch). By converting the leather corner couch, two more guests can be accommodated. Adjacent you get to the open kitchen, which is equipped with all modern electrical appliances. The separate bedroom was furnished with a queen size bed (140cm wide), two night comedies and a wardrobe to store your clothes. The modern daylight bathroom with shower and toilet is also part of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. WLAN (↓ 95.5 Mbit / s ↑ 29.3 Mbit / s) is also available. Should there be any requests that your landlord can also fulfill, please do not hesitate to contact them.
