Two holiday apartments with a panoramic sea view and a traditional stone grill in the shared garden
These two light and spacious holiday apartments are within walking distance of the beach in a quiet residential area in the little coastal town of Petrcane along the sunny Adriatic coast of Dalmatia, above the historical harbour town of Zadar.
The apartments are in a two-storey residential house from the year 1980 that consists of a total of three apartments, of which two are let out as holiday accommodation, while the third is occupied by the owner.
Down in the enclosed green garden, an extensive sun terrace with a traditional stone grill invites you to enjoy leisurely meals together outdoors. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
Although the owner is always mindful of your privacy, he is available to assist with any queries.
The apartments are a little less than 150 metres from the sea and the nearest beach. It is about 300 metres to the centre of Petrcane with shops and good gastronomy. The nearest shops, cafes and restaurants are only about 100 metres away. You should definitely make time to visit the historical harbour town of Zadar about 12km away.

The cosy, air-conditioned (cool/warm) studio apartment on the ground floor of the two-storey residential house provides a light living and dining room with an integrated kitchen unit and a daylight bathroom. The living room has a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a dining table with four chairs.
