On the ground floor there is a large lounge (wi-fi internet, satellite TV) with adjoining kitchen (fully equipped) and dining area. Large patio doors lead out to the terraces/pool area. On this floor there are also 2 welcoming air-conditioned bedrooms (respectively a double and a twin, both air-conditioned) and 2 bathrooms (one family shower room and a full bathroom en-suite to the master bedroom).
On the airy upper floor, provided with beautiful beamed ceilings, there is a further lounge, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are respectively a double and one with 3 single beds.
Outside, the villa is set within stunning grounds with lawn, private pool, dining areas, barbecue, pool, jacuzzi and even a small pond with fountain! This is for sure the perfect area to enjoy the beautiful Mallorcan sunshine in total relaxation. The large private pool measures 11.20m x 4.35m (depth is between 0.9m and 2m), access is via Roman steps. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for the guests to enjoy.
