Spend your vacation in this luxurious penthouse apartment in the BeachBay vacation area. Here on the Priwall in Travemünde, the dune villas are embedded in nature and live up to their name. The view of the beach grass and the sand dune landscape is unique. The exclusive penthouses extend over the 2nd floor of the villa built in beach house style.

The highlight of the penthouse is the spacious roof terrace, which offers with 42sqm a wonderful place in the sun. Here you can take meals together or just relax. Two sunbeds as well as further garden furniture are at your disposal.

The rooms were designed with a lot of wood and glass as well as in light colors, the high-quality furniture was perfectly matched. The three bedrooms are each equipped with a spacious double bed. As an additional sleeping option, you will find the sofa bed for two more people in the living area. One of the bedrooms leads directly into the bathroom. Here you can enjoy the unique view from the whirlpool or the double rain shower. In the second bathroom, the private sauna awaits you, inviting you to wonderful relaxation. The bioethanol fireplace bathes the living room in a cozy light.

A large digital entertainment package and four flat screen TV's are available. In the kitchen, coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos and a hand filter for home brewing, in case you prefer the classic filter coffee after all.

The charming dune villas are located in a quiet area, behind the promenade villas. From here you can reach the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade after a short walk. Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the view of the dunes. As a special feature, you can borrow binoculars at the reception, with which you can observe the variety of bird species in the area.

All registered vacation guests of this property receive one free swimming pool entry per stay in the seaside resort of the a-ja in Travemünde. When using this offer, the one-time round trip with the ferry across the river Trave is included (only in connection with the swimming pool entrance). You will receive more information with your rental documents or from the service staff on site.

The BeachBay offers you gastronomic variety as well as countless leisure possibilities. In the ?market hall? you will find restaurants and stores. The restaurant "Ahoy by Steffen Henssler" is located directly at the waterfront, further bars, cafés and an ice cream parlor at the promenade complete the offer. In addition to playgrounds, a bicycle rental, the Baltic Sea station (aquariums and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the museum ship Passat, the "BayCenter" also offers fun and games for the whole family. fun and games for the whole family. The Priwall is an approximately three-kilometer-long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave River in eastern Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming opportunities, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your vacation home.

    “Die Penthouse Wohnung ist wunderschön und hat eine riesen Dachterrasse. Die Dampfsauna mit der Regendusche, die Infrarotsauna und die Whirlpool Wanne machen die Wohnung zur Wellness Oase. Alles ist sehr modern und hell gestaltet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

    Das Haus liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Am Strand kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen. Auch die Fähre ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet der nahegelegene Supermarkt, welcher wirklich groß ist und gut bestückt. Die Mitarbeiter sind dort auch super freundlich.

    Ein kleines Manko sind die Betten.
    Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

    Fazit ist wir kommen gerne wieder.”

    “Hinsichtlich der Ausstattung dieser Ferienwohnung bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Es ist vom Staubsauger bis zum Geschirr alles vorhanden. Lediglich Toilettenpapier muss mitgebracht werden. Bettwäsche ist optional zubuchbar.
    Die Ferienhäuser sind nahe des Hafens und des Strandes gelegen. Der Strand ist auch für Hunde zugänglich.
    Die Sauberkeit ist gut. Allerdings waren die Wasserfallduschköpfe, die in die Decke eingelassen sind, leicht verkalkt und dadurch teilweise verstopft. Ansonsten gab es hier keine sauberkeitstechnischen Mängel vorzufinden.
    Der Preis ist angemessen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt.
    Zur Zeit der Reise befand sich die Anlage noch im Umbau, sodass zeitweise Baustellenfahrzeuge umher fuhren, es gewisse Geräusche gab und an ein paar Stellen waren noch zu verbauende Teile angestellt. All dies war aber kaum störend. Zur Entschädigung erhielt jeder Feriengast einen kostenlosen dreistündigen Aufenthalt in einem Nivea-Spabad auf der anderen Seite der Trave.”

    “Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Hafen und Strand direkt vor der Tür!! Ein Traum...
    Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr schön und modern. Großer Balkon mit allem Komfort. So Dinge wie Handseife oder Toilettenpapier hätte ich erwartet, das nächste mal weiß ich dann, dass das nicht da ist. Der einzige "Mangel" besteht in der Temperatur der Wohnung. Als wir angereist sind, waren es ca. 27°C Außentemperatur, in der Wohnung waren es 34°C! Durch die Panoramafenster war es schwer trotz erträglichen Außentemperaturen eine angenehme Temperatur in der Wohnung zu schaffen. Eine Klimaanlage ist leider nicht vorhanden.”

    “Super Ferienwohnung auf hohem Standard. Also allers weitere Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

    Kleiner Abzug für die Staubmäuse, die uns am ersten Tag unter dem Bett entgegen kamen. Und die Bedienung von Whirlpool und Dampfbad.

    Whirlpool wurde ständig ungewollt aktiviert, vermutlich durch Handtücher auf dem Tastenfeld.

    Wasserzulauf zu Dampfbad muss in Toilettenschrank aktiviert werden, was leider nicht in der Anleitung stand. Wichtig ist es auch diesen nach der Nutzung wieder abzustellen, sonst plätschert es die ganze Nacht durch ;-)”

    “Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war alles sauber und die Ausstattung war modern. Bei Anreise haben ein paar Sachen wie Babybett und zweite Bettdecke gefehlt, diese konnten allerdings auf Anfrage bei der Rezeption abgeholt werden. Was ein bisschen blöd war, war dass das Wasser erst nach langem laufen lassen warm wurde.”
