The holiday apartment is about 400 metres from Charlottenburg Castle and 350 metres from the nearest metro station (Mierendorffplatz). It is in a central, but nevertheless very quiet location.Holiday apartment with a light interior, in a central but quiet location, a perfect starting point for exploring and experiencing Berlin.

This charmingly furnished and fully-equipped apartment provides an ideal starting point for your stay, with a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The 60m² apartment consists of three rooms with a ceiling height of 3.30m. The first bedroom is furnished with a high-quality kingsize box spring double bed (180 x 200cm) for two people, the second with two single box spring beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be pushed together as a kingsize double bed. A quiet and comfortable night’s sleep is ensured. If you would like to book for five or six people, the owner can set up two additional inflatable mattresses in the living room or in the bedrooms. They are 50cm high and measure 90 x 200cm. They can be inflated and deflated in seconds by means of an integrated electric air pump, so you can clear them out of sight easily in the morning and then pump them up automatically in the evening. Please therefore indicate the maximum number of people on the booking. Outdoor blinds can be let down for total darkness, for small children or jetlag. Apart from the two bedrooms, there is a light and comfortable living and dining room. The open kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, along with a dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and many extras such as an iron, ironing board etc. The 47” flatscreen TV receives many channels in HD quality, as well as some international channels. The comfortable sofa invites you to relax. You can plan your stay in Berlin with the help of a variety of information material in the apartment. The bathroom has had a new shower installed. The owner provides towels, shampoo, soap and a hairdryer and looks forward to welcoming you to the apartment.

There are free parking spaces in front of the door, as well as on all the surrounding streets.

Free wireless Internet access (100M/bits) is available. The owner can provide two children’s travel beds (60 x 120cm) and two highchairs for a fee. The check-in and check-out times can be agreed flexibly with the owner. For short-term stays up to 21 days: since the beginning of 2014 the Berlin Senate has been levying the city tax for private overnight stays, 5% of the cost of the stay for stays up to max. 21 days. This city tax is payable separately by guests in cash on arrival. Long-term rentals and verifiable business stays are excluded from this.

The apartment is on a quiet side street (30kmh zone) not far from the Spree and Charlottenburg Castle (450m) and the Schlosspark. You can enjoy a quiet night’s sleep in the midst of the city. A weekly market is held every Wednesday and Saturday 300 metres away. You can find all everyday essentials at the market or at the supermarket (Edeka) 250m away. There are also many museums, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions within walking distance, along with the boat jetty for tours on the Spree (350m), the Deutsche Oper (1.9km), the State Opera (2.4km) or e.g. the Berggruen Museum (800m) and the Bröhan Museum (900m). Berlin has an excellent public transport network. Most Berlin sights are within a 15-minute ride or a few stops away, with access to e.g. Kurfürstendamm (Ku'damm), KaDeWe, Berliner Zoo, Brandenburger Tor, Friedrichstraße, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Gendarmenmarkt, Potsdamer Platz etc. The nearest S-Bahn stop (Jungfernheide) is about 700 metres away and the nearest bus stop (Schlossbrücke) 220m. It is six minutes to Tegel airport and 10 minutes to Berlin Messe by taxi. The main train station is 13 minutes away by S-Bahn.
