This charmingly furnished holiday apartment is on a quiet side street (30kmh zone) and about 400 metres from the S-Bahn train station S-Tiergarten. This fully-equipped provides an ideal starting point for your stay. The owner attaches importance to cleanliness and hygiene. Th 72m² apartment consists of three rooms with a ceiling height of 3.3m. Th first and second bedroom are each furnished with a high-quality kingsize box spring double bed, as well as a high-quality sofa bed for two people. If needed, two children’s travel beds can be provided for a fee. Both bedrooms have a 42” flatscreen TV with national and internatonal HD channels and a sitting corner with a desk area. Outdoor blinds can be let down for total darkness, for small children or jetlag. The third room is a dining room, where you can plan your day trips using the information material provided, with large and small city maps. Apart from sights, the owner has indicated special recommendations in the immediate vicinity. The light kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster and a coffee machine, along with an iron, ironing board etc. You can dine not only in the kitchen, but also in the dining room. The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower, a washing machine, a hairdryer and other extras. The owner can provide soap, shampoo and towels. If you would like to book for nine or more people, the owner can set up additional inflatable mattresses in the living room or in the bedrooms. They are 50cm high and measure 90 x 200cm. They can be inflated and deflated in seconds by means of an integrated electric air pump, so you can clear them out of sight easily in the morning and then pump them up automatically in the evening. Please therefore indicate the maximum number of people on your booking. The owners look forward to welcoming you to this apartment.

There are free parking spaces in front of the door, as well as on all the surrounding streets.

The owner can provide two children’s travel beds (60 x 120cm) and two highchairs for a fee. Free wireless Internet access (100M/bits) is available. The check-in and check-out times can be agreed flexibly with the owner. For short-term stays up to 21 days: since the beginning of 2014 the Berlin Senate has been levying the city tax for private overnight stays, 5% of the cost of the stay for stays up to max. 21 days. This city tax is payable separately by guests in cash on arrival. Long-term rentals and verifiable business stays are excluded from this.

A well-known antiques and flea market is held every Saturday and Sunday at the end of the street. If you would like to explore Berlin on foot, then it is only about three minutes to the Spree, the Stadtpark Tiergarten or the restaurant ship Capt’n Schillow or a beer garden. You can stroll along the Spree to the administrative district or Charlottenburg Castle. The famous shopping mile Kurfürstendamm (Ku’damm), the Berlin zoo and many other sights are also within walking distance. The main train station and the Zoologischer Garten station are just one or two stops away by S-Bahn. It takes about 5 minutes from the S-Bahn station Tiergarten to get to the Kurfürstendamm, 10 minutes to Berliner Messe, 16 minutes to Alexanderplatz by public transport. It is 10 minutes by taxi to Berlin-Tegel airport. It is a perfect starting point for exploring Berlin on foot, by bike or by public transport.
