Comfortable holiday apartment with a balcony and a sea view

This apartment is on the second floor and is in a quiet residential area just 400 metres from the beach.

The apartment with modern furnishing has a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be pushed together as a double bed. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room. The open living and dining room also provides a sofa, a table, satellite TV and a dining corner with a table and chairs. The open kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet.

The living room opens onto the furnished balcony, affording a wonderful view over the town and the sea. The shared garden provides ample space, as well as garden furniture and a grill area. The house has five car parking spaces that can be used free of charge.

Free wireless Internet access is available for guests.

It is 400 metres to the nearest beach. There are restaurants, cafés and grocery shops very close to the house. The location is ideal for trips into the old town of Split, Salona and Trogir, or for visiting the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It is just a few minutes to probably the oldest olive tree in the world (1500 years).
