This wonderful place is located right above the Playa Jardin. The centre of Plaza del Charco, in Puerto de la Cruz, is very close to this place. This holiday home has thousands of acres of banana fields around, and you can enjoy watching the panoramic view of the sea, city and Mount Teide. It has a magnificently landscaped garden area, with heated pool, sun terraces, and a Spanish bodega with bar and barbecue facilities. A total of 12 accommodation units are available on a sharing basis. The guests can avail (must order at least three days in advance) a buffet breakfast.     “Villarosalva ist herrlich gelegen mit Blick auf Teide und Atlantik. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung gemietet und über ein kostenloses Upgrade im Mirador gewohnt, einer Ferienwohnung mit grandiosem Rundumblick, großer Terasse mit einem überdachten und einem freien Bereich zur alleinigen Nutzung mit verschiedenen bequemen Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirmen. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, komfortabel ausgestattet, hell und ruhig.
    Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem wunderbar gestalteten großzügigen Garten mit vielen netten Ecken, die zum Ausruhen einladen. Die Umgebung ist durch Bananenplantagen geprägt. Wir haben uns ohne irgend eine Einschränkung sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu hat auch die zugewandte freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin Ursula Hoehn beigetragen, die mit Tipps und Hinweisen hilfreiche Unterstützung für gelungene Tage gegeben hat. Auch die weiteren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren ausgesucht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, da man in die Stadt laufen kann und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar sind.
    Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Frühstück, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt und im Garten eingenommen wird.
    Alles in allem: der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub in wunderbarer Umgebung bei einer Gastgeberin mit Stil. Eine Adresse, die man gerne weiterempfiehlt!”

    “Villa Rosalva is prachtig gelegen op een helling tussen de bananenplantages. heerlijk rustig. Appartement en terrasje bieden weinig uitzicht maar dat wordt meer dan goed gemaakt door het dakterras en de tuin waar we altijd rustig konden zitten. Ruim en mooi ingericht appartement, goede spullen, prettig om te zijn. Schoon. Mooie slaapkamer, goed bed. Veel kastruimte. Broodjesservice is geweldig! Iedereen is erg aardig.”
