Comfortable wooden house by the edge of a forest, near many lakes and Berlin
This is an idyllically situated wooden house on a private site right by the forest and very close to several lakes. The house is quietly situated on a residential estate on the outskirts of Königs Wusterhausen, a suburb to the south-east of the capital. So you can enjoy a relaxing holiday right amidst nature in a comfortable wooden house with many trip options due to good transport connections.
The house was built in 2010 and last renovated in 2015. It provides 40m² of living space and comprises two separate bedrooms, a shower room with a WC and an open kitchen with an adjoining living and dining room. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, while the second has a bunk bed (2 x 90 c 200cm) for two children. The kitchen with a modern design enables comprehensive self-catering with a stove with a four-ring ceramic hob and an oven, a fridge and freezer and small electrical appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You can sit at the dining table with four chairs for meals together and after a day trip relax on the sofa in the living room right next to the fireplace stove.
The whole 1000m² site is available for your own exclusive use. There is a charcoal grill. A table tennis table is available. Your car can be parked directly on the property next to the house.
Please note that there is no rental to fitters.
You can benefit from the proximity to the forest for hikes from your doorstep. Cafes and restaurants, as well as shops await your visit within 250 to 500 metres. You can cool off in the lake the same distance away. The motorway access is only about 5km away, so you can get into Berlin within half an hour (40km to the Rotes Rathaus).
