House in Šišan with Rear Garden

This modern and tastefully furnished holiday house is in the picturesque locality Sisan, on the sunny Istrian peninsula, to the east of the historical town of Pula.

Holiday house recently newly built in 2012 with a balcony, a private sunny terrace and a children’s playground in the green garden



The two-storey holiday house was newly built in 2012. The living space of 120m² comprises an open and generous living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with their own ensuite daylight bathroom and a separate guest WC with a shower. The living room on the ground floor provides a spacious corner sofa suite, a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver and a dining table with four chairs. A safe is available for storing your valuables. The cream-coloured built-in kitchen provides all the latest appliances: a four-zone gas stove with a cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and ample crockery and cutlery. There is a convenient separate guest toilet with a shower on the ground floor. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with king size beds (200 x 200cm) that can be turned to single beds. One of the bedrooms has an open balcony. The ensuite bathrooms are fitted with a bath with a shower attachment, two large washbasins with cupboards underneath and wall mirrors, a hairdryer and a toilet. A washing machine, a cot and a highchair are available. Wireless Internet access is free.



One of the upstairs bedrooms opens onto the balcony, affording a lovely view over the green garden. The private sunny terrace down in front of the living room provides garden furniture and sun loungers. In 2018 a barbecue area was set up outside on the terrace. Children will enjoy the playground in the rear garden area with a swing, slide and trampoline. The children playground is mostly appropriate for children up to 12 years, but can also be used by older children. The use of the playground is on your own responsibility. There are plenty of parking spaces right in front of the house.



The owner lives nearby and is happy to assist with any queries (request a mobile number with your booking). Two bicycles are free of charge included in the offer. Other bike & e-bike rentals available on demand. Bike maps of the area available in the House. The guests can use the pool of the hotel behind the house for free. Bed linen is changed for free every seven days (when guests stay longer than seven days). For every additional change of bed linen (more than the usual) this service is charged. Pets are welcome on request. Pets are allowed indoors. Two feeding bowls are provided upon request and for free. Cats of neighbours are possible in the neighbourhood, but they do not have access to the house. Tourist brochures are available in the house. The owner can also send you via mobile phone links to various local beaches, restaurants and pizzerias as well as natural parks and places to visit. The owner also helps you to get tickets for boat trips, trips to Brijuni island and other tickets upon guests’ request.



The holiday house is about 2 km from the nearest beach with crystal clear water beaches. In the centre of Sisan about 100 metres away you can find all everyday amenities: shops, colourful markets and cafés. It is about 8km to Pula with its famous amphitheatre and romantic harbour. The nearest larger town is Medulin (5km). Right along the road, just 10 metres from the house, there is a bus stop with regular connections to the beaches and into town. A restaurant is just at a distance of 100 m and a pizzeria at a distance of 300 m from the house.
