Holiday House in Conil De La Frontera with Private Parking

The Casa Monte Cazador is the perfect property to get away. The house is beautifully furnished and very cosy. It offers all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.



The property has central heating and is rented year round. The kitchen has recently been remodelled. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and all necessary small appliances. It is also furnished with a large dining table. Two bathrooms with showers have also recently been renovated. The living room boasts a fireplace and cosy furnishings. A television and a radio, as well as Wi-Fi are available.



The garden boasts a so called porche, where you can enjoy your meals al fresco. It also boasts a barbecue. In front of the house is a covered patio, which is great for the summer months. The property is protected from views by a tall hedge. You can park your car in a space just outside the front gate.



Wireless internet access and sporting equipment are available free of charge.



It is 1000 meters to the ocean and the beach, which you can see, but not hear from the house.
