Flumini di Quartu. The holiday apartement is located on a 250 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. There is a maid every day three hours each (5x per week) to clean the house and there are caretakers for the swimming pool and the garden The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Pool
Outdoor pool (10 m x 16 m, depth 1.5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the end of March to the beginning of November.
