The holiday villas are nesteld in Kastellakia Bay on the picturesque and peaceful island of Kea (Tzia). It is the one island in the Cyclades that is probably most rich in history and unspoilt nature. All three properties have direct access to the Kastellakia Beach and boast amazing sunset views.

The three individual, traditional, stone-built, luxury, Cycladic homes are right on the water, with their own semi-private beach, right on aqua blue-green translucent waters, protected from northern strong meltemia summer winds.

There are five booking options:

- two of the three villas can be booked individually, as separate houses (146035 and 1147716)
- one of the above villas (object 146035) has two separate, fully equipped holiday apartments that can be booked as independent units (1300214 and 1226279)
- there is one ground floor holiday apartment with a beautiful private sea view terrace (1147715)

All Villas/apartments provide modern amenities. Owners on site with Concierge Services available.

In Kea, guests may swim, fish or snorkel on the numerous pristine beaches on the island, visit ancient sites, walk the picturesque Hora cobblestone narrow streets, follow several ancient marked footpaths to remote beaches, go bird-watching on the nature reserve on the east side of the island, or simply have a lazy afternoon on Kastellakia beach and watching the sunset.

Villa Thymari is a luxurious, beachfront, autonomous, tranquil villa right next to a virtually private beach. A rare sea-front property, offering ample sea views and idyllic quality vacationing right next to a beach of your own. It is divided in two independent levels with different outside areas and entrances: the Main villa floor (2 bedroom + 2 bathrooms)on the upper level and the totally independent Thalassa Beach Suite on the garden level (2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom). The two levels communicate via an external stone staircase and feature their own ample shaded terraces.

Outside: 70 sq meters of reed-shaded terrace with sea and sunset view, sunning area, hardwood outside furniture, lounge chairs, American gas-coal outside BBQ, immediate access to garden, outside shower, outside open-air parking (2 cars).

Guest House: (Lower Level)
An independent 65 sq m. apartment with sea view and easy beach access, occupying the whole lower level of Villa Thymari.

Inside: Sitting area, dining hall, fully equipped open plan kitchen, master bedroom (queen size bed), guest bedroom (two singles), one bathroom with shower.

Equipment: 21” TV, ceiling fans in all rooms, kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven, hood, coffee maker, electric water heater, water softener. 1 GB internet per week.
