This house with two holiday apartments and the additional bungalow are on a huge waterfront site right by Scharmützelsee. Benefit from the absolutely quiet, stand-alone location by the Husarenbucht. The properties stand separately on the family site.
The two apartments each provide 65m² of living space for four people. There is also an additional holiday bungalow of around 35m² on site for three people. All the rooms in the various properties can be heated. There is no Internet connection, so conditions are ideal for a truly relaxing holiday.
You can enjoy the sunshine on the terrace or the balcony, or sit and grill. There are also loungers for sunbathing right by the water. Parking spaces are available and the site is completely fenced in.
Bicycles and a boat are available for hire, prices to be agreed locally. Note that there are two livestock guardian dogs on site and that the owner also lives separately on site.
The location of the house is ideal for day trips towards Berlin, Potsdam or the Spreewald.
