The quietly situated and elegant holiday house is surrounded by olive trees and is near the Cinque Terre nature reserve.
This holiday accommodation is ideal for families and groups and provides all the necessary comfort, both for privacy and sociable togetherness. The house is on two floors. The upper floor has a large living room with a sofa bed for two people (160 x 200cm), terrestrial and digital satellite TV (Hotbird), and a dining table. The kitchen, also with a dining table, is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and a microwave, a fridge, freezer, coffee machine, espresso pot and kettle, as well as kitchen utensils, a set of pans, a toaster, mixer, juicer and kitchen scales. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds (90 x 190cm) and one with a double bed (190 x 200cm) and its own bathroom. The larg bathroom has a shower, a bath and a hairdryer. The ground floor has a large living room with a fitness corner, a pool table, a relaxation area with a TV, a chess table and a cards table. A highchair is available free of charge. The living room is also furnished with a sofa bed (160 x 200cm) and two armchair beds (90 x 200cm) with a cupboard. There is an adjoining bathroom with a shower. This bathroom has access to a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron. The house can be heated and air-conditioned and wireless Internet access is available throughout the house.
You step out of the kitchen onto the terrace with a garden, affording a unique view of the sea. The large Mediterranean garden has a mounted pool that is open from 1 May to 30 September, heated by solar energy. There is also a parking space for two cars. The site is not fenced.
The house is for your own exclusive use. Only some storage and utility rooms are not accessible to guests. Pets are allowed on request.
A grocery shop, a restaurant and a children’s playground are just 100 metres from the accommodation. It is 10 to 45 minutes by car to the Cinque Terre, but it is most convenient to get there by train, which is one of the most popular means of transport among the locals at La Spezia. The main train station about 2km from the house has continuous local trains to the Cinque Terre. It is 15-20 minutes to Portovenere, the harbours and riding stables with the possibility of excursions on the Apennines along the coast. It is about 30 minutes to tennis courts, mountain bike routes, the airport and the heliport for tourists, Luni and Lerici, where you can also go parachute jumping. It is about an hour to the golf course. Nearby you can also find alpine climbing routes, the Versilia coastal landscape, the town Parma and the Genua and Pisa airports. It is about 90 minutes to Lucca, Bologna and Florence airport. The house is in the midst of well-developed hiking trails, suitable for walking in the Ligurian Apennines, also crossing the pilgrimage route Via Francigena.
