Holiday house Bella is located in the area of Porec Novo naselje, 400m from the nearest beach of Brulo and 10min walking from the city center. It has a garden with barbeque, garden furniture and jacuzzi. At the entrance there are 2 covered parking places. The owner lives at separate building .
The Bella holiday house for 6-7 persons is located on two floors with a surface area of 120m2. On the ground floor there is a living area with the exit to the terrace, dining area and completely accessorised kitchen and shower/toilet. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, all of them with balcony and a bathroom with tube/toilet.
The house is completely airconditioned and Wifi is at disposal, both included in the price.
Visitor's tax and security deposit: visitor's tax included, Kurtaxe / Tourismussteuer, security deposit EUR 100.00 (mandatory, payable at location)
