2-room apartment 51 m2, on the upper floor. Renovated in 2019, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (145 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV and radio. Exit to the terrace, south facing position and west facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony 9 m2, south facing position and west facing position, large terrace 29 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Large apartment house "Roger", 5 storeys. In the district of Obernhäusern 500 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Access via a pathway with steps (70 steps) or, by lift and 34 steps to the entrance of the house.

    “Sauberes und neues Appartement mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung. Der Diwan im Wohnzimmer ist für ältere Kinder und Erwachsene aber keine Oase der Erholung. Hier sollte man ein paar Euro in eine ordentliche Schlafcouch investieren. Die Lage im Ort ist so schlecht nicht, wobei "Fußkranke" sich eine andere Bleibe suchen sollten (langer Tunnel bis zum Aufzug, anschließend noch zahlreiche Treppenstufen oder auch der steile Weg vom Bus über das Hotel Beauvite bis zum Haus). Zum Einkaufen (Migros) 8 Minuten zu Fuß hin und je nach Kondition 10 - 12 zurück, zur Hauptstraße 10 Minuten hin, zum Bahnhof/Gornergratbahn 18 Minuten hin.” “Sauberes und neues Appartement mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung.
