Cosy holiday house with a garden and a pool in south western Florida
This holiday home is located in the quiet Bonita Springs neighbourhood on the Gulf of Mexico.
There are two bedrooms: one bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and a child's cot, the other bedrooms boasts two 90 x 200 cm single beds. The kitchen is furnished with a convection oven and a ceran stove, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a bread maker, a bread slicer and much more. The kitchen is connected to the dining room via a service hatch. The dining room is furnished with a round table and four chairs; an additional four chairs are kept in a closet. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a table, a bookcase and a sideboard with cable television and a DVD/Blu-ray player and a home cinema. A washing machine and a dryer are also available for your use. Furthermore, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower; both bathrooms have a toilet, a sink and a hairdryer. All rooms have air conditioning/heating.
The fenced in patio is furnished with outdoor furniture, a sun shade and two sun loungers. The utility room houses the gas BBQ. The fence door grants access to the community pool (about 20 meters). The pool area is fenced in and locked; men’s and woman's restroom, sun loungers, table and chairs are available to you. A parking space is reserved in the complex' parking area.
The house offers wireless internet access free of charge. Trash receptacles are on the north/south side of the parking area.
It is just a few minutes’ drive to the beach. Bars, supermarkets cafes and restaurants are accessible on foot. Enjoy sun bathing or sporting activities on the beach.
