Apartment in Ojén with Private Balcony and Ocean Views

This luxurious holiday flat is located in a quiet location in an upscale neighbourhood in Ojen in the Malaga Province in southern Spain, above the Costa del Sol. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a quiet surrounding.

Newly built (2013) designer holiday flat with panoramic ocean views from the sunny, private balcony, furnished with a barbecue and from the community infinity pool

The spacious, 180 m² flat is located on the first floor of a three storey apartment building, which was only built in 2013. It is equipped with all modern amenities, including an elevator, a security system and air conditioning (heating/cooling). The flat boasts a living/dining area with open plan kitchen two bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a television, a DVD and a CD player and a dining table and chairs. There is also a fireplace, offering a cosy atmosphere on cooler days. The adjacent kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar and offers a dish washer, a ceran stove with an exhaust hood, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 200 cm x 200 cm double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and a sofa bed, which can accommodate a child. Both bedrooms are furnished with nightstands, reading lamps and wardrobes offering storage room for your clothes and luggage. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate another two guests. The brightly tiled bathrooms boast a shower tub, a sink with a mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. Towels, bedding and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price.



The large sliding glass doors in the living room and one of the bedrooms open up to the private balcony, furnished with a barbecue and a table and chairs. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic views all the way to Gibraltar and the African coast. The community area with the infinity community pool is furnished with sun loungers. A car is recommended; the property offers secure parking right in front of the house.



This elegant home is located in a peaceful, low density residential area of townhouses in a hilltop location with striking views. PLENTY OF NATURAL LIGHT The property is filled with light, with floor to ceiling windows and glass doors overlooking the mountains and sea. From the terraces one can enjoy sea and mountain views for miles. SWIMMING POOL Access to large shared pool. MINUTES TO THE BEACH A car is recommended as the residential area is located 6km (8 minutes drive) north of Elviria and the beach, 400 metres above sea level. Elviria is well served by buses and there are taxis in Elviria serving Monte Elviria should you wish to leave the car behind. Marbella is 15 minutes away.



The villa is about 5 km from a sandy beach with crystal clear waters. There is a regular bus schedule to Elvira. In Elvira's town centre you find numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. The nearest restaurant is at the bottom of the hill, about 150 meters from the property.

    “Sehr empfehlenswert!! Aufgrund der spektakulären Lage mit tollem Blick vom Balkon + aus allen Zimmern in´s Tal bis zum Meer! Die Wohnung ist zwar kaum 180m² groß wie angegeben, aber auf alle Fälle für 4 Personen sehr großzügig bemessen. Sehr schön ist auch, dass die beiden Schlafzimmer links + rechts vom Wohn- und Eingangsbereich abgehen, so dass man diesbezüglich doch separiert ist (haben wir + unsere Töchter genossen; ist sicherlich für 2 Paare noch attraktiver!). Sehr gut ist auch die großzügige Ausstattung mit Handtüchern inkl. Strandtüchern, so dass in unserem 2wöchigen Urlaub keinerlei diesbezüglicher Mangel entstand.”
