Casa Cesare Sei is a luxury villa with a large garden on the golf course near the picturesque village of Miglianico. The area is hilly and there are vineyards of the renowned Montepulciano wines.
The villa is modern and tastefully decorated. The green bathroom has a jacuzzi. You can walk into the garden from the living room. Around the villa are terraces where you can have breakfast or dinner while overlooking the garden. In the barn are 2 mountainbikes and a barbecue. The golf course is surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees.
You can play free and unlimited golf (2 persons, depending on opening hours and possible matches). There also is a communal swimming pool and a restaurant where you can eat specialties from Abruzzo. The area is also ideal for hikers, cyclists, skiers and sea and beach lovers. The mountains and nature parks Majella and Gran Sasso are within 15-30 km from the holiday home.
The Adriatic Coast and the beaches are only 4 km away. Pescara, a town with Italian designer shops and beaches, is 10 km away. Chieti is also a nice town, situated on a hill with beautiful views.
